Rates Increase Again!

Great news! LSW has increased its rates for all Traditional Fixed annuities and Flexible Premium Indexed annuities, and a rate increase for SPDA Indexed annuities is expected to be announced in the next couple of weeks.

For example, caps on the annual point-to-point strategy for SecurePlus Gold and SecurePlus Elite were increased by 50 bps, and the point-to-daily average index rate on the SecurePlus Platinum was increased 15%!

The new rates for most Flexible Premium Indexed products are effective for policies issued on or after February 22. The effective date for the new rates on all Traditional Fixed annuities as well as SecurePlus Elite 3 and SecurePlus Elite 5 is February 15.
